Le Chalet Cryo is a luxury wellness clinic located in Canary Wharf, London, specialising in nitrogen-free Whole Body Cryotherapy and Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) with molecular hydrogen.
The clinic offers two main recovery services:
Whole Body Cryotherapy: A 3–5 minute session in a dry cold chamber reaching temperatures as low as -90°C, designed to accelerate muscle recovery, boost metabolism, and improve sleep.
Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT): A 60-minute session (45 minutes at pressure) in the AirPod Hydroxy Chamber, which increases oxygen uptake and delivers molecular hydrogen to support energy, mental clarity, and stress management.
Sessions start from £29 for cryotherapy and £39 for HBOT.
