Tim works from home and offers mobile services; providing a high level of professional advice as far as maintaining a level of fitness which also includes sports massage to help prevent or repair injury. Also offrered are relaxing swedish massages to relieve the stresses of the everyday working life.

Prices start normally from £35.00 per hour plus travel and time depending upon distance for all mobile appointments where I am visiting you.
There are no travel costs for appointments held at Tim's home.

As well as treating everyday injuries Tim has experience of prevention, management and rehabilitation of injuries specific to athletes and work with a number of sportsmen and women.
