Sophie understands how the body moves and the connection of muscle to movement. She work with the body as a whole and not just where you feel your pain to improve your mobility with her knowledge of anatomy, physiology and the musckuloskeletal system.
Her MSK Multi-disciplinary clinic is in Sunderland providing Sports Therapy, Physiotherapy, Sports Massage Acupuncture and Reflexology - providing bespoke therapy with assessment, hands-on treatment and rehab plans.
Now providing Women’s Health Physiotherapy with a Post Natal MOT Assessment and MOT for Menopause too.

Meet Your Therapist
Sophie has a passion grew for helping people overcome injuries and relieving people of pain.
She finished her Sports Development degree in 2014 and continued to study further and gained level 3 and level 4 Sports massage qualifications.
In 2018 she did a Masters degree in Sports Rehabilitation while working with Hartlepool United Football Club alongside their first team Sports Therapist.
