Meet Your Therapist
Paula Charnley is a Person Centred Therapist and is also a registered member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP) and the British Focusing Association (BFA), and emphasising a safe, non-judgmental space for exploring issues like trauma, anxiety, grief, and relationship difficulties.

Paula integrates Focusing (a somatic, felt-sensing approach developed by Eugene Gendlin) into her therapeutic and coaching practice.

What is your favourite treatment and why?
Person Centred Counselling can be very empowering, allowing the release of old belief systems to engender making appropriate choices. When appropriate, I may introduce clients to the 'Felt Sense' of your experience through techniques including breathing and grounding and sensing into the physical body.
