Saskia McCafferty operates as a private therapeutic practice rather than a corporate firm, specialising in Somatic Experiencing and Focusing techniques. The practice focuses on helping clients navigate challenges such as developmental trauma, grief, anxiety, and PTSD by facilitating a connection with their bodily sensations and inner landscape to foster resilience and empowerment.

Saskia's Practice includes Somatic Experiencing and Focusing and she is a member of SEAUK (Somatic Experiencing Association UK), and BFA (British Focusing Association). She is also currently training in NeuroAffective touch in person with Aline LaPierre.

Saskia brings her own experience of working through significant developmental trauma to the practice, as well as 25+ years' experience working in therapeutic social care and educational fields.

Saskia is passionate about her work and how it can engender deep change and transformation and she feels honoured to accompany others on their journey.
