What a session involves:
You arrive fully clothed and relax on a treatment table
Gemma channels Reiki energy through her hands, moving them over or lightly on your body
Talk time is included at the beginning and end of each session to explore how emotional blockages are showing up in the body and to discuss anything that surfaced during the treatment — this is where her counselling background directly informs the Reiki work.
The goal is to let mind and body reconnect, moving the whole system "into a greater state of peace, awareness and clarity"

In-person Reiki (Vauxhall, London) 60 min £90
Distance Reiki (anywhere in the world) 45 min £85
For distance Reiki, there's a phone consultation first, then you find a comfortable place to relax at home while Gemma conducts the session from Gemma's London studio. The key benefit she highlights is that you get to emerge from the treatment at your own pace.
