Master Reiki Energy Healing Session

A £10 non-refundable deposit is required on booking (bank transfer or PayPal).
Both hands-on and hands-off methods are used; sessions can be conducted entirely without touch if preferred.
Works on both front and back of the body, plus where intuitively felt.
Chakra realignment and clearing of stagnant energy are standard in every session.
Client comfort is prioritised — adjustments are made throughout.
Clients may feel warmth, tingling, see colours, feel deep relaxation, or drift off to sleep.
Reiki is commonly described as gentle and safe for all ages.


Pregnancy Reiki
60 or 90 min sessions available.
Conducted in a zero-gravity chair (option to fully recline) or on a comfortable treatment bed with additional support.
Option to include a tailor-made aromatherapy blend (e.g. for pain, discomfort, or calming anxiety), carefully curated with baby in mind using premium quality essential oils.

Parent & Baby Reiki Session
A combined session where both parent and baby receive Reiki.
Takes place seated or gently reclining for comfort.
Extra time is allocated to move at the client's pace.
60 min — £60 | 90 min — £70 (refreshment included).
Option to add a bespoke essential oil blend for £5.00.

Perimenopause & Menopause Tailored Session
A build-your-own package to soothe and rebalance symptoms (hormone balance, sleep, emotions, hot flashes, pain).
Includes a bespoke premium essential oil blend tailored to the client's specific needs.

A 1.5-hour personal, 1-to-1 session combining Reiki, essential oils, healing crystals, and guided meditation.
Focuses on identifying and clearing slow-moving/stagnant energy through the 7 main chakra points.
Includes a crystal-infused chakra essential oil blend to take home.

Essential Oil Therapy
Free 30-minute consultation (in person, phone, email, or direct message) where a brief case history is taken covering general health and lifestyle.
All blends are bespoke and made to order using therapeutic-grade essential oils.
Available in 10ml roll-on glass bottles — £9.50 + P&P (or free local collection).
Blends can support the energetic body, purification, meditation, the chakra system, emotional and physical wellbeing, and mindful/spiritual practice.
Blend notes are kept so re-orders are quick and easy.
Also creates blends for the whole family.

Sound Bath & Reiki Immersion Session
A group session (max 10 people) co-run with Katie of "Your Sound Guide", a qualified professional sound therapist, since 2024.
Combines a sound bath with 1-to-1 Reiki for each participant, plus guided meditation, light, and aromatherapy elements.
Aims to re-align energies and promote restorative calm.
Available for private hire at a venue of your choice or they can provide a space.
Packages from £100 for private hire; bespoke aromatherapy blends or mists can be included.
