Jade Rawson is a Surrey-based mum and holistic practitioner who specialises in women's health & well-being. She works closely with women who are feeling tired, anxious, and overwhelmed around work, lifestyle changes, and at all stages of motherhood. Her qualifications include:

Each 90-minute session combines:
