Juanita Hunter is qualified with BSc, Pgdip, MBACP, FHT credentials and is a person-centred counsellor and somatic trauma therapist, also offering indirect myofascial trauma release therapy. Her work is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and deep respect for each person’s inner world.

She works collaboratively, at your pace, integrating talk therapy with somatic and myofascial approaches to support nervous system regulation and embodied awareness. When appropriate, nature-based elements are included to support grounding and reflection within a warm, professional therapeutic space together.

Juanita's approach is shaped by lived experience of trauma and nearly ten years of professional practice.
