Meet Your Therapist
Georgia is a qualified therapist with a background in counselling, psychotherapy and CBT. She has a Bachelor's in Psychology, a Master’s in Childhood Studies, and a Diploma in CBT.
She also works closely with university students, particularly those studying overseas, and understand some of the unique pressures that can come with that experience. To help make support more accessible, I offer reduced rates for students.
She mainly practises using CBT and mindfulness-based approaches, while also drawing from other therapeutic models to suit each individual and their needs with a warm, empathetic and client-centred approach
