Nami Healing

Nami Healing is a holistic wellness practice based in Exmouth, Devon, led by Laura McNeill, a Reiki Master Teacher, Sacred Somatic Journey Practitioner, and Sound Practitioner. The name "Nami" reflects the natural rhythm of life, emphasiSing a trauma-informed approach that helps clients settle, release, and reconnect with their true selves through gentle, intuitive methods.

The practice specialises in combining Reiki energy healing with sound therapy (using tuning forks, bowls, drums, and gongs) and somatic awareness to support emotional release, nervous system regulation, and deep rest. Laura’s work is designed for adults, children, and neurodiverse individuals, offering services both in-person across Devon and via distance healing.
