Fey Faces Massage & Wellbeing is a holistic therapy practice in Carterton, West Oxfordshire, run by Lynn, who is a qualified and insured massage therapist, hypnotherapist and energy healer offering bespoke treatments.
Lynn's services fall into five groups:
Massage — Back (30 min, £30), Indian Head (45 min, £40), Swedish, Balinese, Warm Bamboo, Stretch & Align, Deep Tissue (£60), Thai Table (90 min, £70) and Lymphatic Drainage.
Specialist — Pregnancy, Oncology Massage & Facials (using the Jenifer Young Defiant Beauty range), Menopause Massage, and Manual Lymphatic Drainage for pre/post-op cosmetic surgery.
Face & Feet — Japanese Face Massage, Natural Face Lift, Crystal Face Massage, Tropic Facials, Reflexology and Thai Foot Massage.
Wellbeing — EFT, NLP, Hypnotherapy, plus structured programmes: HypnoIBS (3 sessions, £120), Pain Rewired (4 sessions, £160) and Hypno Fertility (5 sessions, £200). She also offers a 5-hour Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT) session and online treatments.
Most one-hour treatments are £50.
Energy Healing
Reiki (1 hr, £50) — Hands-on energy healing to reduce stress and create an environment for self-healing. Can be combined with massage.
Chakra Balancing (1 hr, £50) — Uses Reiki, Sound Healing, Crystals and Vibrational Healing to bring the body's subtle energies back into alignment.
Energy Healing (1 hr, £50) — A general energy balancing session.
Wellbeing Therapies
EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) (1 hr, £50) — Clinically proven for PTSD, stress, anxiety, trauma release and everyday problems.
Hypnotherapy (1 hr, £50; 3-session package £120) — Effective for smoking cessation, weight management, phobias and more.
HypnoIBS (3 × 1 hr, £120) — A 3-week programme designed to help take control of IBS symptoms.
Pain Rewired (4 × 1 hr, £160) — A 4-session hypnotherapy programme to change your relationship with long-term, chronic pain.
Hypno Fertility (5 × 1 hr, £200) — A 5-week programme to help manage the process of conception.
NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) (1 hr, £50) — Can be used standalone or combined with hypnotherapy to rewire the mind and create a positive mindset
