Service description
Reiki is an ancient Japanese (1920s) energy medicine that promotes calm and balance by strengthening the body's natural healing processes and releasing energetic blockages.
How a treatment works:
The client stays fully clothed, lies on a Reiki couch, is guided into breathwork and a short visual meditation for grounding, and Hollie then places her hands on or just above the body to channel Reiki. Clients typically leave feeling relaxed, rebalanced and re-energised.

Hollie has practiced for 16 years and holds qualifications including Usui Reiki Ryoho I, II & III (Master Level), Intuitive Reiki, EFT Levels I & II, and a Meditation Teaching Diploma. She is a member of the UK Reiki Federation and The Guild of Energists, and is fully insured.
