Hello, I’m Gemma…

I am a Sound Healer and Self Worth Mentor + Coach for Women. I guide women on their journey of self love, healing and empowerment through a blend of mentoring, coaching, sound healing + feminine embodiment. My purpose is to help women awaken their true essence, to support them in embracing every facet of who they are, to love and accept themselves fully, whilst gentle dissolving the blocks that stand between them and their highest potential.

I primarily work online through my group coaching programme, with my membership coming soon. I also offer occasional in-person experiences, including sound baths, women’s circles and retreats.

I qualified with an BSc (Hons) first class degree in Occupational Therapy in 2021 & have always been passionate about helping people find meaning & purpose in their lives!

Around the same time as qualifying, I had a profound awakening in which I discovered energy healing and other alternative modalities. This led me to embark upon a journey of personal healing, self-discovery & transformation.

I made the difficult decision to leave my role as an Occupational Therapist in mainstream healthcare 3 years ago following the sudden loss of my auntie, to step into my true purpose & calling which is to to support women on their self love, self healing & self empowerment journey.

I am a fully qualified Reiki Healer (+5 years experience). I am a Certified Sound Practitioner & completed trainings with both The Sound Healing Academy & GLOW School of Sound Healing.

I am a qualified Mindset, Life + Spiritual Coach following the profound impact these modalities have had on my own wellbeing, self-love journey & personal transformation.

I have supported many women to step into their power & overcome mental limitations & emotional challenges.

I’m deeply connected to the rhythms of nature, her cycles, her seasons & her quiet teachings. Just as she evolves, so do we. Growth, change and transformation are natural states of being and I weave this truth into everything I do.

From the healing frequencies of my sound bowls tuned to 432 Hz, the frequency of nature itself, to the way I guide & mentor, my work is infused with nature’s wisdom.

I draw on her teachings to help you reconnect with your true essence, to remember who you are beneath the noise. Because we are nature - we are part of her. And she has so much to teach us, if we slow down and listen.
